10.Indemnity

Unless prohibited by applicable law, the User will be liable for any settlement amount approved by the User and any non-affiliated court or governmental tribunal (including any appeal proceedings) before a court of competent jurisdiction to the extent arising out of the User's use of the Airship Services.
