# 4.1.General

Airship may immediately suspend or terminate the user's right to access or use the Airship service without prior notice in the following circumstances: Airship determines that the user's use of the Airship service constitutes a security risk to the Airship service or any third party, and may pose a security risk to the Airship APP and Airship Blockchain adversely affects any other Airship user, or may hold Airship, its affiliates, or any third party liable, or may be fraudulent; the user has ceased normal operations, made transfers for the benefit of creditors or similarly disposed assets, or became the subject of any bankruptcy, reorganization, liquidation, dissolution or similar proceeding; for any other reason in Airship's sole discretion.
