User Registration and Use of the App Privacy Agreement

We would like to remind you (the User) to read this User Registration and Use of the App Privacy Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before registering as a User to ensure that you fully understand the terms of this Agreement. Please read it carefully and choose to accept or not accept this Agreement. Unless you accept all of the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to register, log in, or use the services covered by this Agreement. By registering, logging in, or using the Services, you will be deemed to have accepted this Agreement and agreed to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement provides for rights and obligations with respect to the AirshipX Software Service (the "Service"). User means the individual or organization that registers, logs in, or uses the Service. This Agreement may be updated by AirshipX at any time, and the updated terms and conditions will replace the original terms and conditions without further notice once they are published. If you do not accept the revised terms and conditions, you should immediately stop using the services provided by AirshipX, and your continued use of the services provided by AirshipX will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
