11.Tasks

User may not assign or otherwise transfer User's rights and obligations under these terms and conditions without Airship's prior written consent, which may be unreasonably denied. Any assignment or assignment in violation of this section will be void. Airship may assign any of its obligations, rights and these terms and conditions at any time without the consent of the user. Subject to the foregoing, these terms and conditions will be binding on and in the interest of the parties and their respective permitted successors and assigns. User may not combine these terms and conditions with any other agreement that Airship may be a party to.
