14.Force Majeure

Airship and its affiliates shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these terms and conditions, if the failure or delay is caused by any cause beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor disputes or other industrial disturbances, Power or power interruptions, utility or other telecommunication failures, earthquakes, storms or other natural factors, blockades, embargoes, riots, government acts or orders, acts of terrorism or war. A force majeure event includes, but is not limited to, upgrading the validation rules of a given blockchain (such as a "hard fork" or "soft fork").
