15.Governing Law

Any claim or dispute between User and Airship arising out of or in connection with User's use of the Airship Website, Airship Services, or these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, 1980, does not apply to these terms and conditions.
