We will obtain your consent before we share your personal data with any company other than Airship for marketing purposes.

You confirm that you have established a business relationship with Airship by providing personal information in connection with receiving Airship services. Accordingly, you expressly consent to Airship's use of your personal information to contact you regarding all matters related to your services at Airship. This may include the use of automated dialling or prerecorded telephone communications for operational communications, which may include verification of your personal information, debt collection, or any other necessary communication related to any element of your continued service or acknowledgment of festivals. You further acknowledge that this established business relationship may exceed the standard 18 months from the last transaction standard. You understand that such transactions with Airship's services may not occur within eighteen months, but the relationship will still be deemed to continue to expire in the specific nature of Airship's services. The business relationship established at the start of the service and the provision of personal information to Airship will continue for five years after you provide or update any personal information to Airship in connection with your service. As far as Airship's sales and marketing are concerned, you understand that the same existing business relationship standards apply.

You can ask us or third parties to stop sending you marketing at any time by clicking the opt-out link on any marketing sent to you or by contacting us. However, if you choose not to receive marketing communications, this does not apply to personal data provided to us as a result of your use of our services, product/service experiences or other transactions. Furthermore, Airship is not responsible for the collection and use of your personal data by any company other than Airship. Airship is not responsible for any disclosure of personal data resulting from unauthorized third-party access or other acts of third parties, or any other acts or omissions beyond Airship's reasonable control.
