4.Rules of Use

4.1 Any content transmitted or published by Users in or through the Service does not reflect or represent, and shall not be deemed to reflect or represent, the views, positions or policies of AirshipX, and AirshipX shall not be liable for any of them.

4.2 Users shall not use their AirshipX account or the Service to.

(1) Submitting or posting false information, or stealing another person's avatar or information, impersonating or using another person's name.

(2) Forcing or inducing other users to follow or click on linked pages or share information.

(3) falsifying facts or concealing the truth in order to mislead or deceive others

(4) Using technical means to create fake accounts in bulk.

(5) Using an AirshipX account or the Service to engage in any illegal or criminal activity.

(6) Creating or publishing methods or tools related to the above acts, or operating or disseminating such methods or tools, whether or not these acts are for commercial purposes.

(7) Any other conduct that violates the laws and regulations, infringes on the legal rights of other users, interferes with the normal operation of AirshipX, or is not expressly authorized by AirshipX.

4.3 The user is solely responsible for the authenticity, legality, harmlessness, accuracy and validity of the information transmitted using the AirshipX account or the Service, and any legal liability related to the information transmitted by the user shall be borne by the user and not by AirshipX. If any damage is caused to AirshipX or its collaborators, the user shall be compensated in accordance with the law.

4.4 The services provided by AirshipX may include advertisements, and the user agrees to display advertisements provided by AirshipX and its suppliers and partners in the course of use. Except as expressly provided by law or regulation, the user shall be responsible for any transactions conducted pursuant to such advertisements and AirshipX shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the user as a result of transactions conducted pursuant to such advertisements or the content provided by the aforementioned advertisers.
