3.8 Responsibility for Conduct

Users are responsible for all activities that occur under their Airship applications and their use of Airship services, and users accept all risks of any authorized or unauthorized access to their Airship applications to the fullest extent permitted by law. User represents and warrants that User is familiar with and accepts the risks associated with digital applications and private keys, including the risks described herein. Users are solely responsible for their actions and any consequences arising therefrom when accessing or using the Airship Services or Airship Apps. User agrees to use the Airship Services, the Airship App and the Airship Blockchain for purposes that are lawful, appropriate and consistent with these Terms and any applicable laws or regulations. For example, without limitation, the user shall not allow any third party to: send, upload, distribute or transmit any unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, obscene or otherwise objectionable content; distribute viruses, defects, Trojan horses, Corrupted files, hoaxes, or any other destructive or deceptive item; impersonating another person (by using an email address or otherwise); uploading, posting, transmitting, or otherwise making available through the Airship Services any information that infringes any party's intellectual property rights content; Use Airship Services to violate the legal rights of others (such as rights of privacy and publicity); engage in, facilitate or encourage illegal activities (including but not limited to money laundering); interfere with other users' use of the Airship App or Airship Blockchain; use Airship Services for any unauthorized authorized commercial purposes; modify, adapt, translate or reverse engineer any portion of the Airship Service; delete any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices contained in the Airship App or Airship Blockchain or any portion thereof; reformat or build the Airship App display any other material, product or service on the Airship App or the Airship Blockchain that contains any hate-related or violent content or that violates or encourages violations of any criminal law, any other applicable law or any other applicable law third party rights; use any robot, script, site search/retrieval application or other device to retrieve or index any part of the Airship Application or content posted on the Airship Application, or to collect for any unauthorized purpose information about its users; create user accounts by automated means or under the pretext of being false or fraudulent; deceive, defraud or mislead Airship or users in an attempt to obtain sensitive account information; attempt to bypass any security measures on this site, copy or adapt Website, or in Airship's sole discretion to deface, deface or otherwise damage Airship and/or the Website.
