3.3. Blockchain Network Risk

User represents and warrants that User accepts the risks of blockchain protocols and networks, including instability, congestion, high transaction costs, network delays, information security, regulatory risks, and technical and operational errors. Users understand that these risks may result in delayed or inability to process transactions and potentially high blockchain transaction fees or third-party fees. User represents and agrees that Airship is not responsible for any reduction in Airship services, related features or functionality resulting from blockchain cyber risks. In the event of a material increase or decrease in blockchain transaction fees, third-party fees, or operational degradation, congestion, failure or other disruption of the blockchain network used by the User, Airship may, in its sole discretion and upon notification to the User, make any adjustments to Airship services .
