Transfers Outside the European Economic Area

We may share your personal data with Airship and other companies that assist in providing Airship services, which are located in various locations around the world. If you are located in Europe, this will involve transferring your data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). In addition, many of our external third parties are also located outside the EEA, so their processing of your personal data will involve data transfers outside the EEA. We may transfer personal data from the EEA to a third country outside the EEA in the following circumstances:

Contractual Obligations: The assignment is necessary to perform our obligations to you under the EULA, including providing you with our services and customer support services and optimizing Airship Games; and

Consent: You have given your consent to the transfer of your personal data to third countries.

Whenever we transfer your personal data out of the EEA, we will ensure a similar level of protection for it by ensuring that at least one of the following safeguards is in place:
