2.Protection of Users' Personal Privacy Information

2.1 If AirshipX finds or receives reports or complaints from others that a user has violated this Agreement, AirshipX reserves the right to review and delete the relevant content, including but not limited to user information and publication records, at any time without notice, and to impose penalties including but not limited to warnings, account bans, device bans, and function bans on the offending account depending on the severity of the circumstances, and to notify the user of the results.

2.2 Users who have been banned for violating the User Agreement may contact AirshipX on their own. Users who have been banned will be automatically reinstated after the ban period expires. The banned user may submit an appeal, and AirshipX will review the appeal and decide whether to change the penalty at its reasonable discretion.

2.3 The User understands and agrees that AirshipX has the right to impose penalties for violations of relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this Agreement in its reasonable discretion, to take appropriate legal action against any User who violates the laws and regulations, and to report the relevant information to the relevant authorities in accordance with the laws and regulations, and that the User shall bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom.

2.4 The User understands and agrees that the User shall indemnify and hold AirshipX and its partner companies and affiliates harmless from any claims, demands or losses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, asserted by any collaborative manufacturer as a result of the User's violation of this Agreement.
