3.6 Ownership Restrictions

User acknowledges and agrees that Airship, the third party contact provider (or, as applicable, any licensor) owns all legal right, title and interest in all elements of their respective intellectual property rights. Visual interfaces, graphics (including without limitation all art and drawings related thereto), designs, systems, methods, information, computer code, software, services, "look and feel", organization, compilation of content, code, this website, Airship The data and all other elements of any content available on the App or on the Airship Blockchain are protected by copyright, trade dress, patent and trademark laws, international treaties, other relevant intellectual property and proprietary rights, and applicable laws. All such intellectual property rights are the property of their owners or licensors, and all trademarks, service marks and trade names are owned by their owners or licensors. Except as expressly provided herein, use of the Airship Services and the Airship App does not grant the user any title or any other rights to any content, code, data or other material that you may access on or through the Airship App. When When a user purchases or owns platform assets, as long as the user owns the platform assets, the user fully owns the underlying NFT, subject to the terms and restrictions of this agreement and any licensing restrictions accompanying the platform assets. Ownership of NFTs is entirely mediated by smart contracts and the Ethereum network (or any other applicable network): Airship may not seize, freeze or otherwise modify ownership of platform assets at any time. User acknowledges and agrees that while User may own Platform assets, the underlying embedded intellectual property may be subject to certain licensing requirements, and Airship may only transfer such rights to User as long as Airship holds a valid intellectual property license. If Upon termination of such license, Airship and User may not have any rights to the underlying embedded intellectual property in User-owned Platform Assets, and the underlying embedded intellectual property may be changed or deleted at Airship's discretion.
