3.User Content Specifications

3.1 The content described in this Article refers to any content created, uploaded, copied, published, or transmitted by users in the course of using AirshipX, including but not limited to account avatars, names, user descriptions, and other registration and authentication information, or text, voice, image, video, graphic, and other sent, replied, or auto-reply messages and related link pages, and other content generated by using the account or the Service. 3.2 Users may not use their AirshipX account or the Service to create, upload, copy, publish, or transmit content that is prohibited by laws, regulations, or policies, including the following.

(1) violate the laws of the country in which you are located; or

(2) that endangers the security of the host country, leaks state secrets, subverts state power, or undermines national unity

(3) Damaging the honor and interests of the host country

(4) undermining the religious policy of the host country, promoting evil cults and feudal superstitions

(5) disseminating obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, fraud, murder, terror or abetting crime

(6) Insulting or defaming others and infringing on their legitimate rights and interests.

3.3 Users shall not use their AirshipX accounts or the Service to create, upload, copy, publish, or transmit content that interferes with the normal operation of AirshipX or infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties as follows.

(1) Those that contain any sexual or sexually suggestive content.

(2) Those containing abusive, intimidating or threatening content

(3) Those that contain harassment, spam, malicious information, or deceptive information

(4) that involves the privacy, personal information or data of others

(5) infringes on the legal rights of others such as reputation, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, trade secrets, etc.

(6) Information containing other content that interferes with the normal operation of the Service and infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties.
