5.Other

5.1 AirshipX solemnly reminds users of the terms of this Agreement that exclude AirshipX's liability and limit users' rights, so please read it carefully and consider the risks independently. Minors should read this Agreement in the company of a legal guardian.

5.2 The validity, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In the event of any dispute or controversy between the User and AirshipX, the dispute or controversy shall first be resolved through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, the User agrees to submit the dispute or controversy to the jurisdiction of the competent people's court in the place of residence of AirshipX.

5.3 If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding on both parties.

5.4 The final right of interpretation of this Agreement shall belong to AirshipX.
