3.1. Software and Equipment Distribution

The user is responsible for the allocation of the user's software and equipment and the optimization decisions of the selection. User acknowledges that Airship is not responsible for the selection or timing of blockchain protocols, nor is Airship responsible for the protocols chosen for use in connection with Airship services. The user is solely responsible for these decisions and should monitor and assign policies through the user's Airship app. User acknowledges that node transactions on any blockchain may vary and will not remain uniform across each Airship node.
