3.9 Representations Made by Users

User acknowledges and agrees that Airship services, including but not limited to Airship Nodes and Airship Rewards, are not sold as Airship or an investment in Airship. User understands that any representation made by User for any Airship Service at any time is an investment in Airship (or otherwise, including, but not limited to, in general) in a direct attempt to market Airship Services in a coordinated manner by providing User's referral link directly Breach of terms and conditions. Airship will determine whether they are the same at its sole discretion.
