3.7 Children

The user confirms that he/she is at least 14 years old, as the Airship app and Airship services are not intended for children under 14 years of age. If you are 14 years or older but under 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if the majority in that jurisdiction is older, the user agrees to review these terms with your parent or guardian to ensure that the user and your parent or guardian understand and agree to these terms. User agrees to have your parent or guardian review and accept these terms on your behalf. If you are a parent or guardian agreeing to the Children 14+ Benefit Terms, you agree and accept full responsibility for that child's use of the Airship app and Airship services, including all financial costs and legal liabilities he or she may bear.
