3.10 Airship Node Express

Airship and users acknowledge that the sole purpose of Airship nodes is to support the Airship social aggregation platform ecosystem. Nothing in this Agreement, the presentation of this Agreement or any representation made outside of this Agreement, conveys to the User any proprietary interest in Airship or its subsidiaries, or any other interest in Airship (including, without limitation, Airship), There is also no expectation of profit from the efforts of Airship or its principals or subsidiaries. The User understands that while it may be rewarded from time to time in accordance with the distribution schedule of the Node Ecosystem (the "Distribution Reward") (which may vary), this reward is solely due to work and is a direct result of the work done by the User Completion and execution (i.e. work done by Airship nodes). Users recognize that if the user has never actually run an Airship node, it will not receive any rewards. Airship has no control over how rewards are distributed to Airship nodes. It is expected that Airship nodes will be able to be sold or transferred as non-fungible tokens in the future, however, Airship cannot and does not guarantee or represent that the resale value of the nodes will be higher than the purchase price, nor is it legally possible to do so if this event occurs . Additionally, Airship cannot and does not warrant or represent that Airship Nodes will have any resale value or capability.
